• Identification and contact data: name, surname, email address, phone number, LinkedIn profile (if provided).
• Professional data: education, work experience, skills, languages and any other information contained in your CV or presentation message.
• Application data: the position you applied for and the date of your application.
• Interview data: notes and evaluations collected during any selection interviews.
• Special categories of data (Art. 9 GDPR): not requested. If you provide them (e.g. membership of protected categories under Law 68/1999), they will be processed only where strictly necessary and permitted by law; otherwise they will be disregarded.

Data are collected directly from you. Where publicly available professional profiles (e.g. LinkedIn) are consulted, only data relevant to the professional attitude will be considered. In accordance with Article 8 of Law 300/1970 and Article 10 of Legislative Decree 276/2003, no enquiries will be made into your opinions or into facts not relevant to the assessment of your professional attitude.

• Evaluation of your application and management of the selection process (screening, interviews, feedback) — legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Pursuant to Article 111-bis of Legislative Decree 196/2003, your consent is not required for this purpose.
• Retention of your CV for future openings after the selection has ended — legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), optional and revocable at any time.
• Compliance with legal obligations and protection of rights — legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) and 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Special categories of data, where applicable — legal basis: Art. 9(2)(b) GDPR (employment law obligations).

Providing the data marked as required in the application form is necessary to evaluate your application. Consent to retention for future openings is optional and does not affect the evaluation.

Data are processed electronically and, where needed, on paper, by authorised personnel involved in the selection process, with appropriate security measures. Applications submitted through the website are sent via encrypted connection (SSL/TLS) to our recruiting mailbox and are not stored in the website database. No decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, is taken.

Data are not disseminated. They may be communicated, to the extent strictly necessary, to:

• IT, hosting and email service providers acting as data processors under Art. 28 GDPR;
• Cloudflare, Inc. for spam and bot protection on the form (Cloudflare Turnstile);
• Consultants (e.g. labour consultants) supporting the selection, bound by confidentiality;
• Public authorities, where required by law.

Some providers (e.g. Cloudflare) may process technical data outside the EEA on the basis of an adequacy decision (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

• Applications: for the duration of the selection and up to 12 months after its conclusion.
• With your consent for future openings: up to 24 months from receipt, unless you withdraw consent earlier.
• If you are hired: data will be transferred to your personnel file and processed according to the employee privacy notice.

At the end of these periods data are deleted or anonymised, unless longer retention is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Under Articles 15–22 GDPR you may at any time request access to your data, their rectification or erasure, the restriction of processing, data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest and withdraw your consent without affecting prior lawful processing.
